All products displayed on this website are subject to availability. Carved by Makrana specialises in bespoke, hand-carved marble products. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a written agreement and deposit. Specifications, dimensions, and finish options for bespoke commissions will be agreed upon in writing before production commences.

Due to the handcrafted and natural nature of marble, minor variations in colour, veining, and grain are inherent and not considered defects.

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed. Prices may change without notice. For bespoke commissions, a deposit of 50% is required to begin production, with the balance due prior to shipping. We accept bank transfers and other payment methods as agreed during the consultation process.

Carved by Makrana ships worldwide. Shipping costs, timelines, and insurance are estimated and communicated at the time of order confirmation. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Due to the bespoke and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has commenced. In the event of damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess each claim on a case-by-case basis.

All content on this website — including text, photography, design, logos, and artwork — is the property of Carved by Makrana and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carved by Makrana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product or service.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India.
